MAIN COURSE:
5 DAYS, OPERATOR-PROGRAMMER CNC (Fanuc)
Our courses offer a solution for anyone looking to achieve new qualifications. Our training methods are straightforward , so that
even those with no previous experience will fully understand the concept of CNC. The students receive a Certificate of Attendance.
We offer two different courses, one being a more advanced continuation of the main course. We have been operating since 2013.
Course is provided by Polish tutor and we offer courses in the Polish language.
5 Day Course
Day 1
On the first day we teach how to use measurement equipment (metric and imperial): vernier, digital micrometers and manual, dial bore gage, clock, depth micrometers, height gauge and much more.

- Overview of lathe tools and inserts

Day 2-5
From the second day onwards , we focus mainly
on programming. Everything is based on 2 axis Lathe with Fanuc 18T Control panel and includes:
- Programming two axis machine
- G codes
- M codes
- Functions F ,S , A , U , W
- Programming using simple codes as: G1,G2,G3,G4,G21,G90,G91,G98,G99
- Programming with CANNED CYCLES :
- G70 finishing cycle
- G71 rough turning
- G72 face turning
- G74 peck drilling
- G78 / G92 thread cutting
- Absolute and Incremental programming
- Sub-Program
- OFFSET
- WORKSHIFT
2 Days advanced additional training
7 hours per day.
For people that have finished 5 days main course, we offer a two day long additional training. These are individual sessions, consisting of only the teacher and the student. During these two days , we work constantly on Hardinge Conquest T42 CNC Lathe and we concentrate on CNC Machine SETTING.
